Frequently asked questions

AI agents for admissions.

How Skolbot answers students, connects conversations to your CRM and helps admissions teams take the next step.

AI agents and admissions

What is an AI agent for student enrollment?

It is a system that answers prospective students and supports defined steps in their journey. With Skolbot, the web agent captures enquiries; WhatsApp and voice continue conversations from the CRM. People make admissions decisions.

Is Skolbot only a website chatbot?

No. Capture answers and qualifies on your site. Context is synced to your CRM. Activate then starts with CRM leads and follows up through WhatsApp or by phone under agreed rules.

Does the agent decide who is admitted or enrolled?

No. It answers within a defined scope, gathers context and routes individual cases. The institution keeps admissions decisions and human follow-up.

Capture, CRM and Activate

Must a student give their name or email before getting an answer?

No. The agent first answers from the institution's approved information. It asks for contact details only when follow-up is useful and wanted.

Does Skolbot replace our CRM?

No. Your CRM remains the source of truth. Capture can create or update a record as configured; Activate uses CRM leads. Fields, triggers and write-back are defined with your team.

When do WhatsApp and voice come in?

After the CRM step. WhatsApp supports asynchronous follow-up; voice supports a callback when speaking is better. The choice depends on the need, configuration and applicable contact rules.

Integration and control

Which CRMs can be connected?

The site features Salesforce, HubSpot and Oscar Campus. Connection method, objects, fields and sync direction are checked for your setup before any deployment commitment.

What if the answer is missing from our content?

It should not invent information. It states the limit and routes the question to the right team, especially for fees, visas, equivalence and admissions decisions.

How do languages and countries work?

The site has six languages and sixteen local versions. For an agent deployed at your institution, languages, approved content and handover rules are defined for your scope.

Deployment and buying

What rules apply to WhatsApp and phone outreach?

Segments, exclusions, contact preferences, channel rules and local requirements are set before activation. The applicable legal basis and contracts must be assessed for your country and use; this FAQ is not legal advice.

How is Skolbot set up?

We define scope, answer content and handover rules. Your team validates answers, CRM fields and contact scenarios. Timing depends on integrations and your review.

How are results measured?

Define the stages first: question answered, qualified enquiry, follow-up, meeting and enrollment. Measure each stage in your tools with a clear scope and period. Conversation volume alone does not prove enrollments.

How much does Skolbot cost?

Pricing depends on scope: institutions, languages, channels and integrations. A demo helps define that scope before a proposal.
